When a customer messages us through Meta products, we may receive Page-scoped user IDs, message text, timestamps, and conversation metadata from Facebook Messenger or Instagram, depending on the channel used.

We use customer information to answer messages, help select a location, barber, date, and time, create or manage appointments, provide customer support, prevent duplicate bookings, and improve booking quality.

M3World may use an AI booking assistant to draft or send booking-related replies. Booking actions are handled through controlled backend services rather than direct AI database access.

We do not sell customer data. We use trusted service providers for hosting, messaging, CRM, payment, analytics, and booking operations where they are necessary to provide the service.

For Meta messaging, data may be processed through Meta Platform APIs and our internal M3World booking platform. Access is limited to operational staff and systems that need it for customer service and bookings.

We keep booking, customer, and conversation records for as long as needed for operations, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
