These Terms apply when you use M3 Barbershop booking, messaging, and customer-support services, including services provided through M3World and Meta messaging channels.
Booking services
M3 Barbershop provides barber appointment booking and customer-support services. Appointment availability, staff selection, service duration, and pricing may change based on location, staff schedule, and operational needs.
A booking is confirmed only when M3 Barbershop or the M3World booking system confirms the appointment. Informational or draft replies do not guarantee availability.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact information, appointment details, and any required clarification needed to manage a booking.
Customers should not use the service for abusive content, spam, fraud, unauthorized automation, or attempts to access systems or data that do not belong to them.
Messaging and AI assistance
M3World may use automated or AI-assisted tools to help answer booking questions and collect appointment details. Staff may review conversations and intervene where needed.
The assistant is intended for booking and service information. It should not be used for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Payments and cancellations
Payment, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling rules may differ by service, campaign, and location. Customers will be informed of any required payment or deposit before confirmation where applicable.
Limitations
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or suspend features to protect customers, staff, or system integrity.
